eat eggs /meat ,maybe organs and raw milk to get all nutrients and with that you would still grow taller while cutting then most people

My parent 5'4 5'0 kinda cooked but grandfather 173cm 2in 7 dad brother reach 170cm other only 160-165 so what is case like this? Malnourished?
