how to deal with blackheads?

for the most part my skin is very clear with little to no issues as long as i keep a clean diet, but every so often i get small but noticeable blackheads on my nose that appear. I have no clue why, and my normal skincare does little to nothing to help, what should i do

black heads arent removed with skin care. you need to extract them yourself. then use salicylic acid

go to a dermatologist. thats what im doing plus extensive skincare routine and salicylic acis from a pharamcy as suggested above.

go to a derm even if you are on a accutane as long as its a low dose of like 20mgs. it shouldn't be a problem.

I would say two extractons and you skin should be shining
