How to deal with bullying?

I'm scared writing this cause I know there are ppl who'll gonna make fun of me but I don't have anyone to talk so yeah..., so I am currently studying MBBS in Russia I am really tired of getting bullied. I'm l-m mtn rn standing at 6'0 height with a skinny.. really skinny build. Here the local ppl just simply bullies me for being ugly ig they even broke my nose once. They say I am dumb incel guy making their country smell like curry and all. I don't have irl friends at all once I tried talking to a girl in my College she was intrested in me tho but she was one of that bullies crush. He warned me that if I talked to her again he'll k*ll me. I just don't know how to deal with this I currently ordered test-e I just wanna ascend to htn so I can avoid getting bullied by them. For maximum guy here ascending is just a cherry on top but for me it's really my need all I can do to avoid bullying is ascend I am currently 17 y/o and facing all this I'm just tired

Jesus wouldn't want you to suffer because of people that follow the devil such as those people by targetting the innocent and good. In the Bible the tribe of Israel fought against the canaanites and got liberated from Egypt because of the abuses they suffered. He paid the ultimate price as God something you don't have to pay by suffering and being victim of the wicked.

Still I don't wanna become what I always hated if I try to fight them they gonna 100% kill me

Dont listen to others advice if you feel wrong . Do what you like but also sometimes listening to others will be solutions to your problems

There's no shame in running away my friend. Jacob fled his brother Esau because Jacob was scared he was going to get killed.

But if you can God doesn't discourage self defence. If you can't go to prison in your country consider stabbing them as a warning or at least bringing a big knife to push them back from doing anything.

Nigga trust me when I say this get jacked and roid up then go to any combat gym you will likely make friends there since combat gyms have some of the coolest people who aren’t dickheads enjoy your time in Russia

is there any possible way for you to go on distance education? if yes go for it
if not, gym and bulking, looking bigger always helps

Physique almost always helps in this situations, u look more intimidating and honestly, thats what you need just for now to go through this shithole of a situation.
Maybe not gym, but some martial arts, most of the time those fags are all talk without any real intentions, and actual question is how the fuck they got guns, how old are they/most of them
