I think my cortisol levels are very high because im always stressed and anxious for bullshit reasons and cannot find myself being able to relax, have a very high appetite for highly palatable foods, find it hard to lose weight, etc even after an exercise i still feel like shit. its fatiguing me and giving me major brain fog, any supplements or lifestyle changes I can make?

Ashwagandha is a safe easy fix. Also increase T levels and mental sharpness. Safe to take daily no weird side effects, no tolerance build up.

You may want to add Phosphatidylserine and Rhodiola rosea

Drink black tea with/after meals or take L-theanine. Theanine in tea reduces cortisol, adrenaline and serotonin. Glycine and taurine also help reduce cortisol as well.

Cortisol is anti inflammatory. I take synthetic cortisol to cure my inflammatory diseases. It's not always a bad thing.
Actually low cortisol can cause so many problems

yeah but it’s making me fatigued and giving me focus problems plus low quality of life

Are you sure your brain fog is due to cortisol? You did a spectroscopy of your brain to see the chemical balance?
Brain fog usually is a symptom of delayed food intolerances (IgG mediated) that cause inflammation in the brain or an infection that trigger inflammation in the brain through a breach of the blood brain barrier.

Taking methylprednisolone (ie synthetic cortisol) reduced my brain fog so much because it suppress the immune system and so the inflammation. If cortisol was the cause of brain fog, then my brain fog should have worsened

High cortisol does have side effects though...mainly weight gain, insomnia, irritability and anxiousness but it's not the cause of brain fog

i correlate it because it started before any major diet changes and was having anxiety for a long time plus lack of exercise and vaping nicotine which increases adrenaline and cortisol

Never said it wad bad, but whatever causes it's rise is bad. So cortisolmaxxing with your head is bad.

Also did you experience face bloat from cortisol?
Embracing my new moon face. Day 1 of prednisone vs. Day 21. : CrohnsDisease
Only three weeks of prednisone caused this, it's ridiculous.
