How to deal with morning bloat?

How do you guys deal with morning bloat? I tried lymphatic drainage with moisturiser and icing my face but nothing helped, i look much better later at night than in the morning (maybe diet issues?)

Quite normal. Just don't drink lot of water before you sleep

I dont even drink much water, todays morning bloats rlly bad probably because i drank like 1L of diet pepsi yesterday but i look like a turkey neck recessed goblin with his eyes protruding out rn, its so brutal. I still have bad morning bloat without the pepsi shit yesteray so no clue what to do
