Please help me deboat
 
just read threads man instead of asking basic ass questions
 
Could've easily consulted threads for a detailed guide but I'll say what's personally worked for me seen as I've got nothing better to do atm.

-1:4 sodium to potassium ratio
-3-4 litres of water daily consistently
-Do something that makes you sweat like the stairmaster, this also helps decongest your lymph system.
-Sleep well
-Avoid/limit carbs
-The most obvious, lose fat
