you just go to a calisthenics park or where is something you can use as a pull up bar and just do pull ups

Pull up bars are like 20 dollars, just stick it on your doorframe and have at it.

Buy gymnastic rings. I bought them when the lockdowns started and Im in the best shape ever rn.
You can just hang them from a tree, some other structure, almost anywhere and they are small enough to put in your backpack.
