How to dose accutane

I know where to source, and I know I need to do bloodwork but how should I dose accutane on my own? I have no experience in any of this besides the knowledge that the cumalative dosage should be 120-150mg/kg.

Lwk figured everything out:
first month you should take a low dose (titrate) 20 mgs daily
Second/Third month you take the full dose (according to the chart)
months 4-(usually)6, finish your cumaltive dosage
