HELP!
Intermittent fasting (16 hours fasting a day) has got many advantages in theory but how possibly can you manage to eat over 2K calories in just 3 meals?
I manage to eat around 1.8K calories with 3 healthy meals in a 8 hour window and yet I'm about to throw up
, I need 2.3K calories but I can't allow myself a fourth meal or else this is no fasting.
How do you do it?
