have a side view picture like this taken by someone else

STEP 2:
get an x-ray of your skull (they cost about 30 euros)

step 3;
- check if you have gummy smile, overbite, underbite, downward maxilla or recessed maxilla + recessed jaw. theese flaws can be fixed with maxilloFacial surgery (lefort, BSSO etc). if you suspect you have one of theese flaws you should visit a maxilloFacial surgeon soon.
- check if you have recessed chin bone, this flaw can be fixed with an osteotomy, an implant or a lipofiling
- check if you have narrow jaw, it can be fixed with jaw angle implants, chin wing or lipofilling
- check if you have recessed zygos, they can be fixed with custom implants or fillers/lipofilling
- check if you have narrow dental arches , they may be fixed with orthodontic expanders
