You really cant fix a narrow FWHR without some crazy tripod osteotomy, MSE seems like a meme for widening the face/zygos signifigantly

Currently there isnt a hip narrowing surgery (I looked everywhere) and clavicle lengthening is extremely expensive for 2-3 inch max

Lefort 2 downgrafting can fix this but like I said, highly unlikely you will get lefort.

Good results, but unless you are a severe case like above, it will be hard to find a blackpilled surgeon who will perform a lefort for aesthetics

almost all the ascensions you see dont have these failos, look at salludon, crisick, amnesia. The before pics are examples of the base needed to ascend that hard.

It’ll help it just not by much, I don’t think much fat is accumulated on top of your cheek bones nor will it shorten your FH, I think the only time it helps FWHR is when your cheeks become so fucking fat they extend past your cheekbones. It’ll help somewhat if you’re concerned with long face look like Dr. House or asmondgold. Also by what metric are you underweight? How are you not dead.

I have a long philtrum but I have facial hair so its not noticeable

If I shave it’s noticeable but my other features are pretty good so its only a minor flaw

However the facial hair pretty much entirely removes this failo from my face it’s kind of strange. My facial hair is not long either, I keep a short stubble mustache and beard
