Is stomach crunches + planks daily enough for more ab definition? I'm currently %13bf and only my upper and middle abs re properly defined.describe why they're bad first.

if you want them to burn do jack knife situps, those always fuck me up.
Already doing thatUse more than your body weight (e.g. machines or sit-ups holding a plate). Abs are a muscle and need progressive overload to grow
