how to fix confidence problems

I’m not ugly, infact even on my bad days i still i would im arguably the best looking guy in my friend group, however on most days when they go out and ask if im coming, i say no, not because im busy but because i just don’t feel as if im looking my very best and thats the only time when i wanna go out, even if i still look “good” to other peoples standards i still feel to embarrassed and ashamed to go out as i don’t want people seeing me like this, how do i make this go away as it’s causing me to feel a bit depressed and isolated

the way is u just gotta accept that ur not ugly and nobodys like u and analyzes every single flaw in ur face
at first i was embarrassed and insecure asf around my gf or friends but i just had to realize they really dont give a shit cause im not sub 5
