Yeah training necks probably the best way to go. The odds are it’s not even long it just looks that way because it’s skinny

so my bidelt to waist ratio is good

Yeah i wouldn’t train traps if I were you, I’d fuck you over; tbh I don’t think it’s even beneficial for the majority of people either.

Training necks still a good idea tho, it shouldn’t throw of your bidelt too much really. And yea definitely maximise hypertrophy in the delts.
