How to do it “safely” I’ve heard that sleep apnea can be quite commen when training your neck how much off that is true or how do you do it properly

sleep apnea is if you have too much fat in there caused by obesity, if your neck is mostly muscle you can go up as high as 18 inch easily

lmao dude that's some serious cope. you think a fat neck is just gonna magically disappear if you lift weights lol. it's called subcutaneous fat, doesn't matter how big ur trap muscles get. unless ur talking about extreme bodybuilding levels where the muscle mass is so huge it pushes the fat out but that's not what ur describing. rip to ur sleep apnea dreams.
