I just turned 21 and despite my skin being clearer than ever, me being leaner than ever (14%)/having the best physique i’ve ever had, i’ve noticed my ogee curve has started to droop, and my hyoid has seemingly began to move forward, despite me being consistent with neck stretching, jaw opening exercises, and mewing. Now when i mew, i feel less movement than when i would mew a year ago. When i turn my head to the side, my gullet is more prominent than before when i was at a higher bodyfat%. My skin feels less taught. But some changes that have occurred are me eliminating pretty much all inflammation of the skin, as well as my gums slightly receding. And I know my teeth have worn down, resulting in my palette being narrower than it used to be. So idk if this sagging feeling is being caused by having less support in the midface from the teeth thing, or if it is general aging, or what. I want to have that tight hyoid/ogee again. But I don’t wanna just get MSE or lefort or even Invisalign cauze that shit is tax. I just hopped on tretinoin and I’m doing a hairline care routine to close the gap between my neck and my hairline. Should I just keep getting fitter/leaner? I’m only 143 at 6’. IDK what else to do. Often feel like roping. Some advice would be really appreciated. And sorry for no pics.
Love.
