how to fix my gut issue

I can't stop burping if I don't control myself I could burp every 5 seconds, very loud and painful burps

My stomach hurts and I'm very gassy it's been like this since early January

idk if it's Gerd, sibo, h pylori or maybe cancer

antibiotics? mastic gum? probiotics? I hate having to spend money for something that ends up not working

@thereallegend do you know which ones are good I used to eat kimchi when I lived in hawaii but im back in the middle of nowhere and my mom refuses to make water kefir for me like she used in the past so I'll have to resort to supplements
