how to fix my sleep schedule?

ive been falling asleep at 4-5pm and waling up at 14-15am for 2+ weeks now and im always so tired because of it

i've already tried no sleeping a night to fix it, didnt work

what do i do bhais i need my circadian rhythm back on track :feelswah:

i was on it for 1.5 years for my insomnia, and even tho i slept alr i always felt super tired and was just ldaring all day like a goy :feelswhy:

i dont wanna go back

Sleep at the right time one night then at 9pm the next night, Throw your phone out the window
