I have a hunch now
And when i sit straight i get pain
 

You need to stabilize the muscles involved in spinal erection
 
Step 1: Take a picture of yourself from the side using a mirror. Just relax, try and be in your default state.
Step 2: search up 'types of bad posture' on google.
Step 3: Identify what type of shitty posture you have.
Step 4: Search up exercises to remedy your posture problem on youtube.
Step 5: Profit

you just gotta get used to it, mentally and physically. it requires effort and doesn't just change over night.
 
i literally just mew and do chin tucks and Found myself having better posture by default
I even walker straighter, I used to be impolitely pigeon toed
Now i barely show any traces of it
I still have lots of room to improve tho
(45%)
