Because ideally you want it to be around 10-12%.
If it's around that range then I wouldn't recommend gaining more fat.
Im trying to reach 10% thxI think you should keep your bodyfat around 12-15% and anything lower than that is dangerous for your health. Consume more animal fat, if you want to gain it healthy way.
