I am 16 years old and I need ways to gain height.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. 🙏

genetics, but except that, good diet, sleep and circadian rhythm is crucial

very important, sleep is when you grow
When I was 12 or 13 I was around 5,4 and now I’m 5,6 or 5,7 at 16 I hope I’m not cooked.

On weekdays I sleep around 23:00-01:00 and wake up at around 07:30.

Is that good or should I aim for more sleep?

I know that you should aim for 7-9, I’ll try my best but there’s so much I need to do since I’m in highschool.

aim for more sleep,fix cicardian rythm,go to bed beetween 21h-21h30min and avoid blue light at night

It’s not just school, I go to the gym 5/7 days a week and after the gym I usually am outside for an hour or more
