how to gain knowledge

can someone tell me how to gain extensive knowledge on roids specifically pharmacology in general?

i see all these influencers such as clav and shit with so much knowledge on the topic but nobody really says how they attained the knowledge, obviously i can just read studies all day but if i dont understand half the fucking words theyre saying in the study its kinda pointless.

Lurk on this forum enough and you’ll get a basic understanding. You can then use that to understand what studies are saying

You’re also free to search up the meaning of those words any time lol

Bonus points if you use stimulants to force yourself to be interested in what you’re reading

look up everything that youre curious about pubmed is a great source but if you dont wanna spend hours reading studies mayo clinic has more consise overviews of topocs

I thought this would be a thread about gaining wisdom. But alas, I found a thread about gaining stupidity.
