How to gain weight as thincel?

I'm 19, 192cm, 70kg/155lb. (19 BMI):feelswah:

I've been a thincel my whole life.
I have pretty wide shoulders, so with clothes on I look fine.
But I don't want to look 'fine' only when I have layers of clothes on, I want to look intimidating all the time.
I've tried going to the gym for the last few months, but it's useless if I don't eat more.
My parents cook everyday, but not that much that I would gain weight from that, and I personally don't have much cooking skills, but I'm ready to learn.
I want to be 85kg/190lb.
Can yall drop some of your mass building meals, or tag some good threads regarding diet (I didn't find any good ones).

Trust me even if you're thin you'll be intimidating just from your height. A dude in my class is 191cm and you don't want to fuck with him, even though he's pretty thin
