I'm 19, 192cm, 70kg/155lb. (19 BMI)
I've been a thincel my whole life.
I have pretty wide shoulders, so with clothes on I look fine.
But I don't want to look 'fine' only when I have layers of clothes on, I want to look intimidating all the time.
I've tried going to the gym for the last few months, but it's useless if I don't eat more.
My parents cook everyday, but not that much that I would gain weight from that, and I personally don't have much cooking skills, but I'm ready to learn.
I want to be 85kg/190lb.
Can yall drop some of your mass building meals, or tag some good threads regarding diet (I didn't find any good ones).
