How to gain weight fast

I am 110 pounds at 15 and 5'6 I want to get to 150 pounds but not look bloated, what do I eat/do?

mk677 and work out, itll take a bit but js eat lots of high cal high protein meals, mark as solute
 
i hate to say it as a skinny guy myself with a small appetite but litteraly just eat more
 
Mass gainer i'm in the same boat too

at this weight its more of a looksmax putting on fat then staying malnourished

10K steps every day,1.5g protein/kg, eat clean: potatoes sweet potatoes,rice your source of carbohydrates,forget about sugar at all,only fruits,eat fruits with high amount of potassium:kiwi,bananas,oranges
Hydratate:3-4 l
Gym: try splits,if you don't have one,i recommend ppl legs, upper lower.
That's it.....

you could take ghrp-6 for more hunger NOT MK677 its shit and like take test and just eat more and work out and eat clean and stuff yk

bigger portions of healthy food chicken, fish, grass fed beef don’t over do carbs but make sure to eat veggies you can always double up on protein or veggies but watch your carbs because they’ll make you fat and you want to gain weight but not be fat
