I am still in teenage growing up? What should i do to maximize my bone growth and have more dimorphism in my adult age?

You have to eat a lot of healthy food (not vegetables) during your age because the more satiated your body is the less it’ll rely on survival and the more it’ll rely on development

This is why it’s important not to be under satiated when you’re young

you’re lucky you're starting as a teen. You have a few years left to actually maximize your frame and midface before your plates fuse.

K2 (MK7) + D3 is the most underrated stack for bone density. D3 handles the absorption, but K2 is the 'traffic controller that puts the minerals into your cheekbones and jaw instead of soft tissue.
Use Wolff’s Law to your advantage. If you don't put mechanical stress on your face, it won't grow wide. Chew hard for 30 mins a day to develop the masseters and widen the palate.
You can't build dense bone if your body is acidic or full of toxins. If your eyes show lymphatic congestion you won't absorb the minerals you're taking. I have a whole megathread on it here:

Get your internal terrain clean so your body actually has the resources to build a dimorphic face.

7/10, you missed some details but I, Palan, will give it to you.

Wolf's law definitely works bro and k2+d3 has so much research behind it aswell, it's good to take it with calcium. as for wolfs law there are many other threads too that explain it
