-NO digital entertainment (Can only watch eduacational things)
-NO social media at all
-NO Youtube no unnecessary video watching
-No food outside what you need and dont make it fun
-No alcohol and any other garbage (includes weed,cigs, etc...I don't do those but just so you no)
-No sugar
-No going out
-No cell phone usage (used only for uber or reading)

I skimmed through the easy peasy method yesterday out of curiousity and it was complete fucking trash, like psychology 101 pamphlet retard level of insight. Doesn’t go into emotional cause/effect of addiction or anything worth actually knowing. No More Mr Nice Guy and Gabor Mate’s works are 100x more valuable. + Anna Lembke’s Dopamine Nation.
