Your program sucks.

5x5 deadlift twice/week is a great way to not get stronger, and snap your shit.

This is why theres time and tested strength/bodybuilding programs online written by actual coaches. So people dont do dumbshit like this and actually make progress.

Upper, lower 4x week, or push, pull, legs 6x week.

Do 6-12 sets close to or at failure (0-2 reps away from failure) TOTAL per muscle/week. With ul, or ppl youre hitting each muscle twice, so do 3-6 hard sets/workout.

Train in the 5-12 rep range.

***Try to add more weight, or reps every workout to your exercises***

You dont have to squat, bench, or deadlift. All that matters for growth is training close to failure, doing enough volume/sets, and getting stronger over time. Machines are fantastic for aesthetics, and allow you to safely train to failure.

Upper–Lower and Push–Pull–Legs are good for general muscle building. These conventional programs aren’t optimized for sub-5 males.

Sub5s need to get the following from workout programs:
  • Fighting skills for self-defense and dominance
  • As thick of a neck as possible
  • As broad of a perceived frame as possible
    • Widest latissimus dorsi
    • Widest bideltoid distance
  • As big of a jawline as possible
Regular fitness programs don’t place enough emphasis on offering the results above. For instance, normal upper–lower splits got half all the exercises targeted at the lower body. 50% lower-body is excessive if one’s goal is to acquire aesthetics for slaying at clubs and bars. Incel-optimized workout routines mog because they really work the fuck out on the shoulders, the neck, and the masseters. Sub5s need ideally aesthetic bodies and not bulgebloated powerlifter bodies. No point in training legs except to get minimal strength to have stability in other exercises.

Lol at assuming. To leave injury free, and to be able to continue training next day(s).

I did MMA 1x per week. And not even heavy/aggressive one. So often injuries, hindrance for training days after. When I broke 2 toes, I was out for a few months even.

Have you considered just training and supplementing the way he does in order to get his physique? i.e like a men’s physique competitor/bodybuilder and taking steroids rather than this autistic shit

nice guide, even though I would combine the strength and aesthetics workout, as working out more than 3-4 times a week will compromise results by inducing inflammation due to overtraining

I do HIIT cardio once per week, sprints, tire flips with burpees, punching and kicking heavy bag and dont train anything heavy the day before or after also incorporate broad jumps on leg day superset with heavy squats

I do deadlifts for legs because they make them strong without making them big, large quads look repulsive but weak legs will stagnate your progress on upper body lifts and athletic ability because you can't perform overhead press correctly if your posterior chain is shit and you can't squeeze your glutes properly, or do rows properly for that matter unless they're supported.
