getting surgery isnt all of a sudden going to make you sleep with beautiful women. If you can't even figure out how to bang unnatractive chicks, you aren't gonna have to game to bang attractive chicks, no matter how good looking you are after surgery. At this point In time, I'd say you could probably get with good looking girls just as you look now. Look around, see the guys who are usually with hot girls. Pretty average looking most of the time. They have good game and confidence. I've also seen good looking guys be terrible with girls.

Be good looking helps for sure, but it's basically just a way to get your foot in the door. Unless you're so handsome it's ridiculous, you will struggle unless you can pinpoint your actual problem, and go to therapy to work on it.
