How to get lean without stunting growth?

Recently went on holiday for the whole of december and gained 6kg and didnt go gym so now I feel visibly more fat then before. I am 16 and 5'7 im a late bloomer so im scared if i cut then im gonna stunt my growth

If you're fat/chubby you're eating an excess of something useless

As long as you stay within your normal calorie count (calc after maintenance), and keep your nutrients & vitamins count in check, you won't be stunting your growth

It won't, just keep ur protein intake in check whilst consuming less calories and you'd be good to go

i have the same worry, and i've just been trying to pack more nutrients into smaller portions.
