How to get low inhibition

I just got into an altercation in my Walmart where this absolute fag started acting tough and telling me he was gonna fight me because I looked at him the wrong way, I talked back and called him a fag and etc but I felt nervous the whole time and felt scared of the conflict, I knew I could beat the piss out of that guy but for some reason I sort of froze up couldn’t keep eye contact and didn’t act with composure or like I was in control, I don’t really want to take a ton of medication or drugs I’m completely sober so if you can give tips on how to naturally lower inhibition/improve your confidence in conflict. Thanks

I do notice that when I eat a lot of animal fat, my brain got faster its like automatic and instinctual when I try to do anything. We eat a lot of pork belly during the festives in my place and I crack jokes and comebacks so fast without even thinking.

gradually expose yourself to uncomfortable situations. start small and then gradually progress to bigger things. These minor inconveniences will feel like nothing once you do this.
