How to get over approach anxiety?

I did my first cold approach a while ago but she was like a 10/10, and looked like she was very high maintenance. Her following was like 1,090 and her followed was like 67 so you could tell she thought she was all that. She gave me her insta but she didn't follow me in like 3 hours (I unfollowed after like three hours because of self respect, but I doubt she would have followed me back)

It broke my confidence though and I can't even go up to anyone anymore.

Im not that ugly but I'm also not ultrachad 6ft demigod. I'd say I'm like a 6-7 going on 8.
