How to get rid of Body Acne?

Literally my whole chest and back is full of acne

Either that's a shit photo or that's not active acne (or potentially both).

Either way, treat back acne the same as you would your face.
Oh and if you use conditioner on your hair, make sure you're washing it off your back properly after you've rinsed.

You take until it disappears. I took 10 mg for one month and then 20mg the next month and I repeated this for one more time. It has been 3 months since my course finished and I get like 2-3 bastards that kinda just chill there for two weeks until getting rekt by topical azelaic acid jfl. Even if it comes back and you have to get a second round it won't be as strong as the first one.
