I need to have sleep apnea so I can get an insurance-covered bimax surgery, obviously for looksmaxxing reasons. I think I might actually have it. I regularly wake up with a dry mouth, have difficulty paying attention and am tired most of the day. But I probably don't snore (well I don't know if I snore. Tfw no gf to bother with my snore)

Can I somehow make this worse to guarantee the doctor diagnoses me with sleep apnea and not some other thing whose treatment doesn't involve bimax surgery?

Hit up Eppley for a throat implant to obstruct air pathway. He'd probably do it ngl

you dont want that, trust me

you can / cant a the same time. all you have to do is do a sleep study and you must have the device borrowed at home. pretend to interruption of breathing during sleep, which is virtually impossible because you need a certain number of saturations per hour.
