how to get taller as early puberty?

im getting puberty as age 11-12 now im 13 and my height is 5'6/167cm, and my dad is 5'11/180cm my mother is 5'5/165cm, i have bad habit staying up late and get avarage sleep is 6 hours at night and 6 hour after school, and i have bad habit eating junk food, so what do i do first?

Get good sleep on your back and eat healthy like Flesh and Vegetables and have a healthy Livestyle and you could grow taller than Genetically planned
