It doesn't need it but studies show that it obviously benefits from it. The difference isn't minimal btw. You kind of copped out of the argument at this point. But yeah, natty and roided bodybuilders know and utilize this.The delt doesn't need a perfect resistance curve to grow. It needs tension and progressive overload. Dumbbell lateral raises work. Cables work. The difference is minimal. You're writing paragraphs about stretched positions while guys with actual shoulders got theirs with dumbbells. Stop overcomplicating a side raise and just lift
