Thread music :
Before Starting the stack i would need to make sure of somethings :
1)you should be atleast 12% bf before running this stack (if this thread is successful i might write a thread on the fastest safe way to lose fat)
2)you should have perfect bloodwork before starting this Stack (you could Pm me i would answear for free)
3)you should atleast have some training experience (that mean you could train to failure and know how to perfprm exercises even if most exercises are machines)
Prologue phase : (2 Weeks)
Clomid 25 mg 2 weeks before the Blasting phase
This part doesn’t count as the stack as it only purpose is to not make you shutdown during cycle so you can go cold turkey right after
Blasting phase : (6 weeks)
600 mg of Nandrolone Decanoate 2x per week
600 mg of Methenolone Enanthate 2x per week
150 mg of Boldenone Undelynecate 1x per week
45 mg Methandienone daily
45 mg Fluoxymesterone Daily
500 mcg of ipam 3x per day
60 iu of lantus insulin
25 mcg of T3
Ancillaries :
500 mcg of Bpc-157 2x per day
2mg Tb-500 2x per week
2g of Tudca
100 mg Spironolactone
20 ml of Cod liver oil
1g Calcium D glucarate
5g Taurine
5g l carnitine tartarte
10g of Glycine
150 mg Zinc picolinate
1g Chromium Gtf
100 mg Melatonin
3g Black currant oil
1g Grape seed extract
5g of Creatine monohydrate (20 g if its the first time you take Creatinine)
Diet : (use chronometer to track)
Water : Try to get atleast 4L of water
Macros : 250 g of protein
200 g of Fats (mostly pufas fats)
600 g of Carbs
Micros :
Eat foods high in magnesium (atleast 1g) and vitamin e (atleast 75 mg) Vitamin K (atleast 300 mcg) Potassium (atleast 8500 mg)
Vitamin A (atleast 10k from animal source)
Vitamin B2 (10 mg) Vitamin B1 (10mg)
Eat foods high in phosphorus (atleast 4g)
Eat foods high in cholesterol (atleast 1.2g)
Notes :
Avoid all Dairy foods
Avoid all processed foods
Do not go over 50g of Fructose
Use
Spices (for Capsaicin) and turmeric (for Curcumin) highly advise
Eat those Food with hidden benefits (spinach,kiwi,pineapple,Sweet potatoes)
Pre workout Stack :

10 mg of Tadalfil
100-600 mg of Caffeine (increase progressively)
