Before Starting the stack i would need to make sure of somethings :

1)you should be atleast 12% bf before running this stack (if this thread is successful i might write a thread on the fastest safe way to lose fat)

In studies where they eat calorie surplus guys who eat Monosaturated fat got fat Saturated fats they gained muscle but not more than the guys who eat pufas fat (aslong its not from oils and processed foods pufas mogs)

Nah bro.
The ancillaries aren’t enough. Bold will thicken your blood and you haven’t got anything inside to mitigate it. Neither have you good anything to mitigate hypertension. If you’re running this you need a statin and a beta blocker and something to protect against LVH since it’s a leading cause of death in the youth.
