As someone who was a grower and then transformed into a shower (6x5 when soft) it's actually quite simple, but it takes long and you have to be very disciplined and actually consistent, which I know for sure something you lack.

Short Term solution:
cialis or any pde5 inhibitor
10-20 minutes in a penis pump which causes edema

Long term Solution:
Any type of PE (Penis enlargement exercises, clamping is really good for that), but you have to be consistent
