Thanks bro. You should try iodine and selenium supplements as I've read they help tyroid function which gives bone growth.

eat protein like crazy, don't underestimate proper sleep, hydration and getting enough sunlight. as for training I recommend you do some sport that doesn't involve weights so you can keep your muscles loose and supple, which should be ideal for height growth
