How to grow bones?

How do i grow my bones most efficiently without gear? I am 16 yrs old 5'8/5'9 and am currently working out 5 days a week prioritizing shoulders, sprints twice a week, getting my sunlight in. I also Have a good diet which i never cheat on, Ground beef, eggs, fruit, grass fed milk or raw, sweet potatoes. Sleeping 10-12hrs a night. I know my growth plates are still open because I've been surpassing my brother (17) in height. My pediatrician said I'm projected to be 5'11, I feel I can surpass this and was wondering if anyone has advice on bone growth since I feel I'm doing everything I can to promote it.

I want to grow my clavicles, height, and face the most.

Also would bonesmashing the clavicles work?

Strength training / resistance exercise

High-intensity interval training (HIIT)

Daily sunlight exposure (15–30 min)

Cold exposure (cold showers, ice baths)

Intermittent fasting

Avoid sugar and refined carbs

Eat enough protein (1.6–2.2g/kg bodyweight)

Consume healthy fats (eggs, nuts, avocados, olive oil)

Zinc (red meat, oysters, pumpkin seeds)

Magnesium (spinach, almonds, dark chocolate)

Vitamin D (sun, or supplement if deficient)

Creatine monohydrate

Ashwagandha

Reduce stress (cortisol kills T & GH)

Avoid alcohol and seed oils

Maintain low body fat (10–15%)

Don’t overtrain
