How do i grow my bones most efficiently without gear? I am 16 yrs old 5'8/5'9 and am currently working out 5 days a week prioritizing shoulders, sprints twice a week, getting my sunlight in. I also Have a good diet which i never cheat on, Ground beef, eggs, fruit, grass fed milk or raw, sweet potatoes. Sleeping 10-12hrs a night. I know my growth plates are still open because I've been surpassing my brother (17) in height. My pediatrician said I'm projected to be 5'11, I feel I can surpass this and was wondering if anyone has advice on bone growth since I feel I'm doing everything I can to promote it.
I want to grow my clavicles, height, and face the most.
