Check the maximum height they jump from, it doesn't cut it. You need to jump from a height of 15 feet to reach optimal growth
 
Also HGH isn't going to make you grow 5-10 inches, I think actual studies have shown it doesn't do very much if you're not deficient.

If you want to heightmax taking AI is the only actual thing you can I think but you need open plates. What this does is extends the amount of time your plates are open and you grow for longer time naturally

This is legit guys I'm a previous patint of Dr. Love. I have been folowing his advice for a few months now and grew from 5'2 to 5'6.

Gymnastics have spring floors and jump down for high set rings aka it’s 15feet

Not "bonesmash", rather, blunt force, i.e Take wench and place it on the patella and screw it tight. The aim here is not to do severe damage but rather just enough damage that it doesn't hurt. Repetitive microtrauma. Growth is important.

Unfortunately, no clinical studies have supported subliminals. However, subliminals may be a nice way to relax whilst you grow - the growing pain can be tough!

The aim is to create a tear in that region, i.e light injury but nothing too offensive. The aim here is to create a deviation and allow bone matter to grow.

Bones are primarily composed of connective tissue called osseous tissue. Osseous tissue consists of both inorganic and organic components. The inorganic components, mainly hydroxyapatite crystals, provide bones with their hardness and rigidity, while the organic components, primarily collagen fibers, provide flexibility and strength.

We want to allow inorganic compounds to regenerate basically.

Ironically basketball (daily non refereed aggressive) gave me a second growth spurt from 18-21.

I recently graduated medical school so I have devised a plan.

How to know if growth plates have closed?
1) Check your knee caps, these are the single most important indicator. Locate your patella and palpate it gently. Have a really good feel. Is it hard? Tough? If so it is most likely that the plates have fused and thus closed. If it is soft and "bouncy" to touch this suggests that it hasn't and you are still growing. (This is an accurate way, 80% will tell you whether its closed or not)

2) Check your Tibia - The tibia is the larger of the two lower leg bones and is commonly referred to as the shinbone. There is usually many fossas located within a tibia. Check whether they are rough or not? If they are then it is most likely due to a closed growth plate. This is very accurate as well.

3) X-Ray - This is of course 100% accurate but is quite expensive. Most of us can't afford this.

If your growth plates have not closed yet (ages: 0-18ish) -
1) Bone growth encouragement techniques - The aim here is to essentially lightly damage the spinal cord bones. DO NOT WORRY as these regenerate. To do this one should try to lift extremely heavy objects or bend there back as much as possible. Your body is flexible, so it should not be an issue. Only stop if the pain is unbearable. The aim here is to make microtears near the spine to allow it to heal and thus grow more. Essentially the goal here is to encourage epiphysis and the metaphysis and the auto transplantation of the head of the fibula (Max height gain (1-2 inches)

2) Take HGH - This is crucial, you need HGH as they allow the calcium in the bone to grow and multiply. Most people do not produce sufficient amount. HGH is heavily regulated, I would purchase it from unregulated countries with lax laws such as Turkey etc. (Max height gain (5-10 inches)

Yes, but 80% of the time via the palpation of the patella you can feel if it is closed. Mind sharing sources or research to suggest my research is "bullshit"?
is there anything to compare with like any other bone i feel like its soft for a bone but its still a bone if i squeeze it hard its still hard

You can reopen it via light injury in the region. This promotes cartilage sheaths elongate and preplex the fossa.
