Upper eyelid filler is a rare/niche procedure because
1. Men are retarded and don't realize how important it is (in fact they go to surgeons to REMOVE their hooding jfl)
2. It's a delicate area and needs to be done by an expert or you risk blindness kek
If you want it u need 2 do it with a legit oculoplastic specialist.

I don't have much hooding tbh but UEE so its a bad combo, and theres no good oculoplastic specalists where I'm at. Anything else that could be done
