Nuts bro. Been gymmaxxing for a while and eat that for the bulks. It got plenty of protein and fats. Like 100g is 650kcal you dont find that anywhere.. I recommend you to buy peanuts because of the protein but honestly pick whatever you desire so it becomes easier.
