How to keep accutane nose job after treatment?

My nose has shrunk a visible amount while on accutane and I really want to keep it this way. Once I get off of it will it go back to how it was before? Is low dosing accutane forever the best option to keep the results? Is there another product I can use to keep it looking smaller?

been off since end of may and its mostly stayed the same way

tbf i've been using adalapene gel since october, so that might do something aswell, but idk.

Most likely it will be slighlty bigger when your off, but as long as all your pores dont return to the same size, you wont go back to the way it was before

Drop to a lower dose and cruise like that or just get a nose job and save money in the long run
