How to know if I need MSE?

So my palate is far from optimal since I have those dark smile corners where teeth should be but are not. Ngl alot of people, especially forward grown girls, brutally palate and thus smilemogg me. However, the ratios of my upper face are more or less perfect (I am mainly referring to ESR here but other stuff as well). The ratios on me that are bad are lip ratio and bigonial width, which will be adressed by ccwr trimax.

How do I decide whether or not I need MSE?

I don't know. Wouldn't a front shot be better? Also how is bigonial width addressed in bimax? Wouldn't you need an implant?

To know if you need the help of orthodontic appliances you can pass saliva and, if you can't put your tongue on the palate and instead put it between the teeth, it is a sign. In general, most people with problems like this need an MSE to expand the palate.

I know that I need ccwr trimax whats your point? I want to fix everything thats wrong not just forward growth. Besides, Dr. Pagnoni will turn my side profile into chad tier so I have nothing to worry about regarding that other than money

I mean that you don't have full space for your tongue on your palate and that you have to push your teeth to be able to place it.

what is the cause of the slight recession of your chin? is it cuz the front teeth are not high enough?

Why do some people have this forward maxilla but still recessed chin?

it must be the angle of the palate (too much clockwise rotation)?
