currently I am working 10 hours a day

driving to work and back is another hour

driving to gym and back + working out is 2 hours

And I sleep for 8 hours

so I only have 3 hours spare time a day

point being , junk food is like my only source of dopamine and “fun” or “enjoyment” I have left at this point

but now it’s time for me to cut and hit 10% and I continually cheat on my diet, is there any tricks I can do or do I just need to be miserable and work gym and eat clean 24/7 😢

yea I agree. I am making really good money relatively atm in my job and trying to invest that in stuff like real estate etc in hopes of becoming financially free but it’s just depressing at the moment

One way is to stop going to the gym. But that would make your looks worse so you have to wager

Just look outside : Every morning and every evening I see so many disgusting fatsos and skinny fat subhumans that it makes me immediatly want to stop eating. They are all unsightly.

I'm also trying to leanmaxx down to 10% (coming from 13% currently).

I get so much dopamine from looking at my popping zygos in every reflective surface that it can compensate for food deprivation.

Easy.

Go heavy on lean animal meats like lean beef or fish or chicken, and only do minimal carbs

Cardio a couple times a week too will help
