currently I am working 10 hours a day
driving to work and back is another hour
driving to gym and back + working out is 2 hours
And I sleep for 8 hours
so I only have 3 hours spare time a day
point being , junk food is like my only source of dopamine and “fun” or “enjoyment” I have left at this point
but now it’s time for me to cut and hit 10% and I continually cheat on my diet, is there any tricks I can do or do I just need to be miserable and work gym and eat clean 24/7
