Everytime I look for a workout to increase spine mobility and posture it's always some pussy ass workout and stretch that doesn't work any muscles and is too complicated to learn and isn't even a real excercise it's just putting your body in soy positions and doing soy movements and feeling retarded. Push ups apparently make your posture worse and that's what I've been doing but what are REAL excercises that improve spine mobility and posture not gayfag pussyfuck soy cuck stretching that's meant for Oldcels and weak betas/foids.
