How to loose fat

I’m currently 6’2 and 65kg and still have high face fat, I do Muay thai at a decent level and need to loose fat for up coming fights, just looking for some tips on how to get lean, and I don’t want no drugs or pills 😂

If u 6'2 and 65 kg with high face fat then it sounds like u only have fat and not muscle (higher bf%), but that does not make sense because u are a fighter.

I do strength and conditioning for Muay Thai but I’m not overly skinny really

Sounds weird, im pretty skinny with a lower bf% and im a little bit shorter than 6'2 and still weigh more then u. Would u say that u are skinnyfat?

Probably yes it’s weird tho I have abs because of training but got fat face and I am not really defined anywhere else but my abs

eat a high protein low cal diet. i’m 6’1 and 68kg looking to get down to 65 whilst gaining muscle
if ur from UK, buy chicken thighs , 5% lean beef mince, rice , kale , carrots , fruit etc
eat 2-3 meals a day and do 10k steps a day
drink 3l minimum of water a day
workout 3x a week minimum
you’ll see results within a month
tuna is also a amazing source of very high protein and extremely low calories

no clue why being from UK matters but you’ll find that stuff easily in supermarkets idk about the US
