So many of you bithces have this problem.
Loosing weight is very simple. You just have to want it hard enough.
1. Caloric deficit
A caloric deficit means that you have to consume less energy (Calories) than you need. For exmaple. If someone eats 500kcal less then he actually needs, he starts to loose weight.
2. Controlling your appetite
So. This is the part where most of the motherfuckers fail. While being in a caloric deficit, you should consume protein rich food like chickenbreast, ground beef and so on. These foods are in high protein and dont have many calories. These also keep you full, because your body needs more time to digest it.
3. Gym
Now to build muscles you have to go to the gym, or do calisthenics. A good plan fo beginners is full body. Go on youtube and reaserch it. Also you have to eat 2g/kg Protein to build muscles and protect them from getting used as energy source instead of fat.
4. Appetite
To reduce your appetite you can consume nicotine, which i dont recommend. Its up to you.
